By downloading, installing, or using NeckSense ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
NeckSense is a posture monitoring application that uses motion data from compatible AirPods to track head posture and provide alerts when poor posture is detected. The App is designed to help users maintain better posture during computer work and other activities.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

We offer the following subscription options:
Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to process refunds directly. Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
